Winemaking:
Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Touriga Nacional,Alfrocheiro,Tinta Roriz,Jaen
Tasting Notes:
Wine with very lively and young red fruit. The floral and fresh character stands out, which, combined with the sweet aromas resulting from a short period of aging in wood, gives it some complexity and harmony. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with a fresh and persistent finish, showing a good balance between natural acidity and structure. The mineral character of the region is very present in the freshness of the wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
To consume now or keep for a few years. It goes well with meat dishes, sausages and cured cheese.

Contains sulphites.
