This wine is the result of a blend composed of 50% wine aged in stainless steel vats and 50% wine aged in new 300L French oak barrels. The aging period was approximately 18 months, after which the two parts were combined and the wine was bottled, with a final aging period of approximately 4 months in stainless steel vats.

With a bright ruby colour and medium depth, this wine reveals an intense aromatic profile, with notes of ripe red fruit accompanied by a complexity of toast, smoke, and tobacco. Fine and elegant, it presents robust yet refined tannins and excellent body on the palate. The balance between fresh acidity, moderate alcohol content, and elegantly cut tannins make this a Syrah inspired by the 'old world'. The finish is long, fresh, and full-bodied.

Serve at 16ºC.

Excellent with poultry, meats, sausages, cheeses and some fish.
