Total destemming, smooth and prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation in Granite Mill at 26ºC. Maturation of 24 in French oak barrels.

Intense ruby colour with abundant brownish tones. Intense aroma with distinct complexity. Intense and complex flavour, soft, elegant and harmonious.

Should be served at 16ºC.

Perfect to pair with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed as long as lightly seasoned and well structured.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
