Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby color, with predominant aromas of fresh red fruit, revealing soft tannins, excellent structure and freshness on the palate. It ends with a strong typicality of the Dão region.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
