Harvest at optimum ripeness. Maceration with the addition of carbon dioxide in cold closed vats for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 10 days at 16-18ºC with gentle pumping over. Gentle pressing before the end of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Frequent pumping over for 8 months with lees removal. Tangential filtration before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby-violet red colour. In the aroma, notes of fruit such as raspberry, blueberry, a touch of red pepper and eucalyptus. Very floral, with aromas of bergamot and orange blossom. Smooth, fresh and very fruity on the palate. Round, smooth tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with spicy grilled and roasted meats, game, and cheeses, among other delicacies.
