Careful selection of grapes with destemming but no crushing. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 10 days at a temperature of 26-28ºC. Malolactic fermentation and aging in used French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, it has notes of aromatic herbs, pine needles and wild berries. On the palate, it has wild berries, black plum, with very present tannins, having a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with red meat dishes and grilled white meat.
