Vinification in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Extended maceration. Aging for 12 months: 50% in “foudres” of 3000L French oak and 50% 500L barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Very fruity aroma with hints of red fruits. Fresh, long and elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position away from direct light. Perfect serve between 14/16ºC. Aging potential for about 10 years.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with read meat or intense cheeses.
