Product details
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery in small boxes. This is followed by complete destemming, crushing, pressing and cold decanting in stainless steel. The completely clean must is then transferred to another stainless steel tank where it will ferment at a controlled temperature of around 15ºC until all the sugars are gone. After the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine remains in stainless steel with bâtonnage until it is ready for bottling, where it undergoes only a light fining with mineral agents and then careful filtration before filling the bottles in order to preserve all the aromatic potential. Product with natural stabilisation.
