About 20% of this white wine is aged for 6 months in new casks. The remaining part is kept in stainless steel vats to maintain its fruity character combined with the oak complexity from the wines in casks.

Tasting Notes:
It has a bright lemony-lime colour. On the nose, this Estates White Wine has delicate citrus and mineral aromas. Excellent finesse and balance on the palate, combining lemon notes with a hint of butterscotch from the well integrated oak.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve chilled at a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
This Douro Wine pairs well with Seafood Dishes, like Churchill’s Signature dish of Fresh Salmon smoked in a Port Wine Barrique, Grilled Prawns, Salads or Sushi.
