Bright citrus colour and nose dominated by floral and citrus aromas, on the palate it is a balanced wine, with a very accentuated acidity and a dry and citrusy palate.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a dark and cool place (12º C to 14º C), in a horizontal position with minimal vibration. Serve at a temperature of 12º C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal wine to accompany salads, light dishes, fish and seafood, or alone as an aperitif.
