The grapes come from two vineyards located in sheltered areas of two different counties, Tabuaço and Vila Flor, more than 400 meters high. After manual destemming, selection and decantation, the must is fermented and staggered in oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd year, with 300L of capacity.

Tasting Notes:
This citrus coloured wine is distinguished by its extremely delicate and fresh aroma and flavour. In the nose the vibrant citrus fruits are distinguished and a discreet floral aroma, with even more subtle notes of vanilla, given by the wood. In the mouth the wine proves to be impressively delicate and tasty, with a surrounding freshness and great balance. It is a full-bodied white wine, with a light and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Very gastronomic wine, which perfectly accompanies varied dishes, from fatty fish such as salmon, white or red meats.
