Tasting Notes:
Bright citrus colour, fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, this wine has an intense aroma of white-fleshed fruit with slight vibrant citrus notes. In the mouth, there is a refreshing fruity flavour with a creamy and persistent sensation.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
Food Pairing:
Especially recommend to accompany starters, caviar, and fatty fish.
