Product details

Winemaking:
Soft crushing of the grapes destemmed, maceration and fermentation in small stainless steel capacity with selected yeasts, temperature control 28 º - 30 º C, gentle pumping. Staging in steel vats, barrels 50% new of French oak and bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
