Product details

Winemaking:
Palhete wine is a red wine obtained from partial fermentation of red grapes or fermentation of red and white grapes in which the total value of white grapes does not exceed 15%. In this Tobias Palhete, grapes from Touriga Nacional, Encruzado, Barcelo and Cerceal were vinified. Fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts and traditional Dão winemaking.

Mineral nose with notes of red fruits and apples. The mouth is smooth and fresh, with very round tannins.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
