Tasting Notes:
Aroma with yellow fruits, sweet resins, dried flowers. In the mouth it shows creamy and soft, exuberant but contained, balanced and tasty, with delicate acidity, very pure and crystalline.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Drink as an appetizer, or accompany grilled fish, salads with fresh cheese.
