Tasting Notes:
The bright yellow hue immediately captures our attention! We are then presented with an aromatic complexity where we find a mix of floral, with a dominance of white flowers, and ripe fruity notes of yellow pulp and dried fruit. In the mouth, the toasted notes of the wood take us to another dimension, warmer and more complex, always accompanied by a beautiful acidity and enveloping volume. In the end, we are left with an intoxicating freshness! Long and with certainty of a beautiful future with the evolution in the bottle...
