Product details

Winemaking:
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are carefully selected on the sorting table, then they are de-stemmed, gently crushed and transferred to 3000 liter oval cement vats, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. This is followed by post-fermentation maceration for seven months.
