Tasting Notes:
Bright yellow colour. The nose is clean and intensely fruity. Based on a base of citrus aromas with tangerine standing out, tropical notes of mango and fresh pineapple emerge. Nuances of white flowers complement the bouquet. On the palate, the Verdelho dominates the tasting, providing a sensation of abundant freshness through an acidity that runs throughout the whole tasting. The richness and comfort of an Alentejo wine is remarkable, showing the careful selection of fruit at Vinha do Furo. Fresh tropical fruit accompanies the tasting until its long, cosy finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Fresh, aromatic and straightforward, we recommend that this wine be served between 8 and 9ºC.
Food Pairing:
Its refreshing acidity allows for enviable pairing versatility. Fresh salads, seafood, grilled white fish in sushi or sashimi will be excellent allies for this wine.
