Produced from the batch of vineyards located next to the winery, the harvest was by hand and took place at the end of September when the state of maturation was in balance. After harvest, there was a 10-day vinification process in granite lagares with the indigenous yeasts present in the grapes. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats for 5 months, followed by aging in used French oak barrels for 8 months. The wine was bottled after two years and has been in bottles in an acclimatized cellar ever since. The wine aged for 5 months in stainless steel and 8 months in French oak barrels, until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby color. Elegant aromas, fruity notes, with sour cherry and a touch of chocolate and vanilla. A wine focused on elegance and freshness, with a very discreet aroma, with floral and mentholated notes and barrel present but almost imperceptible and very well integrated. A wine that shows the essence of Touriga Nacional. A balanced wine, in harmony and with persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle must be kept horizontally, in a cool, dry environment and protected from light. A wine with some longevity, to drink without haste at temperatures between 16ºC and 18ºC, over many years.
Food Pairing:
A great wine to pair with well-prepared dishes such as tasty oven-roasted lamb, traditional desserts or conventual sweets.
