Tasting Notes:
Clear and ruby colour. Aroma fresh and intense. It includes citrus and resinous aromas, notes of bergamot, conjugated with fresh nuances of mint and eucalyptus. The presence of vanilla from the stage in wood, confers complexity to the set in an elegant and subtle way. Very aromatic wine, where mint and bergamot stand out, marking their youthfulness. Very elegant in the mouth, with excellent acidity, where the soft tannins give it a lot of structure and balance, in a long and persistent final set with great potential for evolution in the bottle.
