Product details
The DOC grapes from the harvest, from our associates, are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (28 °C). During this period, maceration takes place, using a timed pumping over process, which lasts the entire fermentation period, around 8 days. The wine ages for a short time in tanks, being stabilized, filtered and bottled within a year.
