Product details
Manual harvest. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, then transferred to the fermentation tanks where fermentation begins, which normally lasts around 2 weeks at 24-26ºC. During this period, when the wine is in contact with the grapes, 2-3 pumping overs are carried out per day. After fermentation, the grapes are pressed and the wine ages on the lees in stainless steel for 8 months.
