Winemaking:
After cold pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours, the fermentation took place at a controlled temperature in small 5 ton lagares, with treading and delestage.

Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Garnet coloured wine, with aromas of wild berries, dark chocolate, spices and light toast. In the mouth, the characteristic freshness of the altitude and the elegance that the matured tannins give it.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature of 16 ºC is recommended.
Food Pairing:
It can accompany oven dishes or with some cooking complexity.
