Manual harvest and selection of the best grapes at the Syrah winery. It was bottled without any filtration. Aged 14 months in oak barrels.

Clear and dense color. Surprising wine, with fruity aromas, notes of black plum, cassis, dark chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is smooth, elegant and very persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consume now or store for up to 6 years. Service temperature between 16⁰C and 18⁰C. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany strong cheeses and meat dishes.
