Tasting Notes:
Intense pomegranate. Aroma with notes of mint, black fruits, olive compote, tobacco and spice. In the mouth it shows structure, good freshness, a large concentration of silky and long tannins, which prolong the pleasure of tasting.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Rack of lamb, matured chop, black pork secrets.
