Winemaking:
The wine was produced from Bical grapes, harvested at the end of October 2005. Carefully selected, they were placed on trays to dry in the shade for almost a month. After a new selection followed by pressing, the must was fermented in used barrels. The aging process lasted 4 years, until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Citrine yellow color. Fragrant aroma of wildflowers and vanilla, all intense and expressive. Unctuous, complex, elegant, exuberant palate without losing seriousness. Long and affirmative end of the test.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with white meats, seafood, fish and salads.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
