Unique aromatic exuberance, with citrus fruit wrapped in delicate floral notes and subtle toast. Full-bodied and smooth on the palate, it reveals plenty of flavor and surprising minerality and balance. An extremely challenging and distinctive wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Especially recommended for well-seasoned and fatty fish or game dishes, but also Asian food.
