Winemaking:
Fermentation in barrels with temperature control. Aging for 6 months in a 500l barrel.

Grape Varieties:
Sercialinho

Tasting Notes:
Very good volume in the mouth, mineral and great delicacy of ripe fruit.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage in horizontal position at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
Perfect with fish in the oven or white meat dishes.
