Total destemming, 4 hours pre-fermentative cold skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. 25% in new barrels, 25% in 2nd use barrels and 50% in stainless steel. 50% of the wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels with soft toast.

Intense citrus colour. Nuances of tropical fruits, exotic notes and predominant in complexity notes. Complex, fresh, distinct mouth volume, intense and long persistence.

Should be served at 11ºC.

Perfect to pair with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed as long as lightly seasoned and well structured.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
