Complete destemming, pressing, and separation of the tear must. Low-temperature fermentation for over 30 days. Aged for 6 months in second- and third-use French oak barrels with bâtonnage, one-third of the batch, and 5 years of bottle aging before release.

Tasting Notes:
Bright straw yellow. Aroma of dried fruits and honey, with a slight citrus touch. Excellent acidity, fresh, with good persistence. Intense, long, and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC.

Galo fish and rice dishes.
