Tasting Notes:
With 90% Sauvignon Blanc, the grape is a barely noticeable the slight aroma but very clean. More expressive in the mouth, bodied, with fresh hints of apple and peach, balanced and attractive.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature at 10ºC to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with salads, fish dishes or white meats.
