Product details

Winemaking:
Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and fermentation at 15°C. 2 months of batonage in stainless steel- Aging for at least 1 month in bottle.

Grape Varieties:
Arinto,Bical,Maria Gomes

Tasting Notes:
Citrine colour with greenish tones. Distinct aromatic intensity, being predominant in citrus fruits and nuts. Fruity, fresh, notorious volume in the mouth, harmonious.

Store and Serve Advices:
Drink at 8ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with dishes of Mediterranean, Chinese and Indian cuisine or as an appetizer.
