Complete destemming, start of fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and completion of fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in 1st year French oak barrels, followed by 1 year of aging in the bottle.

Yellow in color with greenish reflections, clean. Imposing and charming aroma, fruity, exotic, citrus, mineral, soft toast. Lively flavor with vibrant acidity, full-bodied, ripe fruit combined with wood, spices, broad, persistent.

Drink at a temperature of 8/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent to accompany grilled fish dishes and meat that is not very mature.
