Before being crushed, they were cooled to 14° C. Fermentation took place for about 4 days while the grapes were stepped on. The wine aged for about 2 years in cask.

Tasting Notes:
Purplish colour with garnet tones. Aromas of red plum and compote fig, combined with dark chocolate and a touch of spicy. In the mouth it is silky, dense, with a well structured body, a fruity and harmonious finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with spicy cheese, ice cream and chocolate truffles.
