Winemaking:
This wine is only made in years of exceptional quality and chosen from the best parcels of Alicante Bouschet in the Carapetos vineyard. Crushed by foot and after fermentation in the lagares it is aged in in two wooden vats numbered 3 and 4 for 24 months. It then matures for a further 24 to 36 months in bottle before release.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
