Manual harvest. In the winery, the grapes were selected in a table of choice, with full destemming and slight crushing of the berry. The fermentation occurred in mechanical step presses and in French oak vats with intense maceration and controlled temperature. Aging in French oak barrels for a period of 16 month and in bottle for a period of 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Deep and concentrated ruby colour. Aroma: Very ripe black fruit and spicy notes from the barrel stage. Firm tannins, concentration and freshness. Long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 18°C.

Roasted meat, pasta and game.
