Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet,Petit Verdot
Tasting Notes:
Red colour with violet tones. Aroma of red fruit, light spice and vegetable with some leather. On the palate it shows great elegance and all the aromas well integrated.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature between 16/18ºC. Keep the bottles laid down when it’s possible and in a room with controlled temperature.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies really well dishes from the Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine.

Contains sulphites.
