Winemaking:
The grapes were destemmed and fermented with complete maceration in a stainless steel mill at a temperature of 25ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Staging 9 months in new French oak barrels and about 4 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Charcoal violet colour. Soft flavour, balanced acidity, with ripe and wild fruity tannins with spices in tune. Persistent at the end of the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-17ºC. This wine can be consumed immediately after bottling or it can be stored for at least 10 years.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany red meats cooked in the oven, game or traditional desserts.

Contains sulphites.
