Product details
The grapes are selected at the sorting table, destemmed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place in a wine press and stainless steel vats with temperature control. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in 3⁰ and 4⁰ year old French and American oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in the bottle for 24 months in our cellar. To preserve all its qualities, this wine has not been stabilised and can naturally create deposits.
