Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour with brownish tints, well evolved aromas where balsamic notes stand out, with some nuances of flint, fennel and dark chocolate.

Perfect to pair with refined and stronger cooking dishes, or even indulging in soft cheese.
Food Pairing:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
