This is a very fresh and complex wine, with a vibrant vivacity. Citrus fruit, in harmony with notes of peach, white flowers and a mineral touch, typical of the “terroir”, and light notes of wood. “Bâtonnage” for a long period gives it some volume in the mouth. Very long, fresh and mineral finish.

Promotion valid from the 1st of May 2026 up to the 31st of May 2026 and subject to the available stock

Winemaking:
Total destemming, gentle crushing and thermal shock, followed by a period of cold pre-fermentation maceration in a mill for around 12 to 24 hours, after which the masses were transferred to wide, low fermentation vats. Maceration for 8 days at 22ºC. Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels (225L).

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled, between 12-14ºC.
