This Rabigato from an old vine was foot trodden. After spontaneous fermentation in barrels, it is aged under Véu de Flor (autochthonous) for 20 months. This is a very original version of rabigato that came about by chance.

Pale yellow color. Very intense aroma with dried fruit and floral and fruity notes. The palate is very dry, slightly saline saline with great persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 10 ° C and 12 ° C.

A great choice to accompany fish, seafood, white meat and vegetables.
