Winemaking:
The grapes are hand-picked and undergo rigorous selection before being destemmed and pressed. After controlled fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels, gaining complexity and structure.

Tasting Notes:
Cerceal has a beautiful citrine color. On the nose, it is delicate and complex, with notes of white petals, green plum and citrus fruits, combined with vegetal nuances that give it a lot of freshness on the nose and suggestions of fine toast from its aging in barrels. In the mouth it is intense and enveloping, with flavors that can be guessed on the nose, a thick and smooth texture, and a very lively acidity that gives it a long and refreshing finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with fine fish and cheeses.
