Winemaking:
Destemming. Pressing of the whole berry in an inert environment without addition of sulphurous to 0.2 bar, clarification was made by decanting and flotation, alcoholic fermentation conducted at 18ºC, weekly bâtonnage in total lees until April.

Tasting Notes:
citrus colour. Intense aroma, fruit of yellow, floral pulp. In the mouth it shows freshness and balance. Long and persistent ending.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature between 12-13°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with fish, such as grouper, cold salads with mayonnaise or even white meats such as roasted chicken.

Contains sulphites.
