Winemaking:
All grapes are hand-picked and selected before being destemmed and lightly crushed by a pneumatic press. The acidity of the must is carefully measured and only the first must is fermented and aged in new and used French oak barrels (225 and 500 liters). The wine ages in the same barrels for a further 9 months with battonage, before the final blend.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with a striking expression of tropical fruits and citrus fruits, such as pineapple, apple, lemon and orange blossom. It is fresh and vibrant, with density and depth supported by fermentation and aging in barrels.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to accompany buttery cheeses, seafood or cod dishes.
