Product details
The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed directly into the press. Fermentation and partial aging in 700 L barrels. Aging in cement vats.

Rabigato,Síria,Gouveio,Viosinho
Tasting Notes:
Pale golden color. Intense, fresh aroma, citrus fruits, lemongrass and white fruit. Rich mouth with volume and beautiful acidity. Long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature between 13ºC and 15ºC. Bottle should be stored flat, in a cool, dry place, shaded from light.
Food Pairing:
The elegance of this wine allows for it to be enjoyed as an appetiser. But it is particularly good with oysters and ideal with cod salad, Gravlax salmon, sea bass in salt and seafood.
