Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5-day fermentation with controlled temperature at 23ºC. Ageing in wood.

Tasting Notes:
Much joy and exuberance of fresh aromas, offered by currants, cassis and some mint, followed by the addition of the most exquisite side of the spice and vanilla, yielded by the good French oak wood. Finish with a sturdy and mature structure that wraps around the wine body and makes it finish bulky, long and deep.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16 and 18ºC.

Goes well with red or white grilled meat, pasta, spicy dishes or medium-strength cheeses.
