Product details

Winemaking:
This red wine, produced from grape Castelão, was vinified by the traditional method of tanning in stainless steel tanks, with a temperature controlled at 26º C, daily reruns, decreasing in intensity during vinification in order to extract the fruity aromas and the desired colour . After malolactic fermentation, it aged for 6 months in French oak, one year in storage and 6 months in bottle.
