Product details
The grapes were harvested at the end of August, dictated by the weather conditions and the ripeness of the grapes. The grapes were selected and sorted by hand. The must was in contact with the skins for only a few hours to preserve its ruby colour, freshness and minerality. After this period of contact with the skins, the must was pressed and kept in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 10 months in contact with the fine and coarse lees. We then blended it with wines from other harvests, in a solera style. During this period, the malolactic fermentation of the wine occurred naturally. Aging: This wine aged for 3 months in the bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes:
The wine has an open ruby colour due to little contact with the skin. The nose presents red fruits and smoky/roasted touches. In the mouth it has a very fresh and elegant style with fine tannins.
