Product details

Winemaking:
Stainless steel vat fermentation with controlled temperature and ventilated remounts. Long maceration. Ageing for 12 months in oak casks.

Grape Varieties:
Castelão

Tasting Notes:
Something austere in the aroma, revealing little by little suggestions of plum and cherry with hints of mint and spice. Lively and flexible, with medium body, friendly tannin and good acidity. Very long finish with fruit and aromatic herbs flavour. Very good example of the variety and the region.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

Contains sulphites.
